Swaddle sleeping bag

My daughter is 15 weeks and on the verge of being able to roll over, she sleeps in a tommee tippee Growbag, which is basically a sleeping bag which you zip her in with her arms inside, like a swaddle.

We got this originally because she kept startling herself awake and it has helped with settling her.

However I read that once baby starts to roll you are meant to stop the swaddling. But now she is rubbing her face and hitting herself after a feed when I put her down in the night and it's resulting in her waking every time I put her down...

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

We're all super tired

There’s a transitional grobag also made by TT with poppers on the arms so you can do one arm in, one out to help the adjustment. But other than that you just have to ride it out. We had to unswaddle due to rolling at 8 weeks and there were 2 bad nights but after that he was fine.
