Hi all, hope this is the right place for this question.

My 2 month old is in our room, it's 24C at the moment abs advice I can find says this means a vest and 0.5 tog bag. We don't have any toys, he's currently asleep in a vest and sleepsuit I've read on one site that a sleepsuit is equal to 4 togs?

Would I be best to have him in or out the sleepsuit?

We have a fan which we will likely put on but I just wanted to know in terms of him sleeping in clothing with no fan, how would we dress him? (He hates blankets and kicks them off)

Will the room temperature change during the night?

It rather depends in the type of house you live in, but most homes get colder in the middle of the night. You need to consider the temperature all through the night, not just bedtime.

Yes, it usually starts about 21-22C then drops to 19 in the night. I think it will drop, it just hasn't for the last hour. I'm pretty certain it will over the next few hours.

I did feel him and he felt cool on the neck and chest so not worrying too much (he's the type who will cry pretty much straight away if he's too hot so he must be comfortable) I just wasn't sure if I should have had him in just a vest and then add layers as it cools.
