DD was a terrible sleeper but between about 12-14 months I sleep trained her & she slept through regularly after that. She had a cold, teething, generally under the weather bout & sleeping is back to its worst. Do I need to start again with sleep training again from the beginning do you think? Is that what everyone else does?! Thanks!

You could do with establishing an in-cot comforting technique for times when a bit of extra TLC is required - times like teething, illness and so on. That way you don't go back to square one when baby inevitably needs i little extra comfort than normal.
