2.5 yo routine?

Anyone happy to share their routines for 2.5 yo - specifically sleep? DD usually naps for 1.5 hours around 1pm but I’m noticing she’s taking ages to fall asleep at night and waking earlier than normal. So wondering if nap needs to be earlier and capped at one hour? She still needs a nap x

Recently naps for 2.5 year old have become erratic so a sign that they may go soon, it generally...

1.5/2 nap 11.30-1.30 (school run dictates the timing).
7pm bedtime and wakes anywhere from 4.45 to 6pm.

I’d love him to sleep later in the mornings but it doesn’t happen no matter if he doesn’t nap, naps earlier/later, naps capped at 1 hour, he’s just done by 7pm and goes to sleep.

4.45-6 am!

Not quite 2.5 yet but not far off

Wakes up between 6-6.45am
Nap 12pm (dictated by nursery) for 1-2hrs
Bed 7.30-8pm

As Belly said, makes no difference to wake up time how the day time bits shift around. Usually still wakes in the night too.

Just over 2.5
Wakes up anywhere between 4 and 6 (normally closer to 4) (sometimes will go back to sleep in my bed)
Naps normally at 10 ish for an hour
Sleep at 7:20

Have the big molars cut yet? Because that happens around this age and it significantly affects sleep, but only temporarily.

I did wonder that as we’ve had ups and downs with teething but this has been going on for a while - it seems 1 nap is too much and 0 is not enough!
