15 month old naps

Looking for some advice, my 15 month old has been moving towards one nap for the past month or so. On some days she will only nap for 1 hour. For instance today, she woke at 6.30am, became so tired by 10 that I had to put her down and she slept until 11am. I tried to get her back to sleep for about half an hour but no luck. She was very tired and cranky all afternoon so I then tried to put her down again around 2.30/3 as I knew the stretch from 11 until bedtime would be too long but she wouldn't go. Naturally she was exhausted come bedtime and was screaming when we were putting her down. Any tips or advice on what I should do in this instance, should I just try to stretch out the morning wake time even if she's very tired?

I would stretch it out by 15 mins every couple of days until she hits 11:30/12:00. Middle of the day tends to best for one naps! Hopefully she'll have abit longer than an hour so will see her fine till bedtime
