Turning in side by me

My 4 week old daughter is turning in her side by me. I often find her lying across when she wakes up to feed and she has kicked herself out of her blanket. She may be hot but I'm worried she may turn under her blanket. They are cellular blankets. Anyone else's new born doing this?

My lo used to end up snuggled right up to the side of his next to me with his face nuzzled in towards me. I used to worry but I just think that's how he was comfortable sleeping.

You could use a baby sleeping bag, so she doesn't kick blankets off and get cold.

Are they safe to use from birth? If so I will try using one of these?

There's a minimum weight for each sleeping bag manufacturer. For gobag it is 4kg (8lb 13). As long as your baby us over the min weight, yes they are suitable from birth.

Wet used tommee tippee snuggle bags from birth - I think they start at 7lb so fine for most newborns
