7month waking every 2-3 hours

My baby is 7months old and I’d say for about 2 months now he’s been waking every 3 hours and won’t settle back unless we give him a bottle. It means he is having too much at night and is less hungry in the day.

He is also sometimes not wanting to be put down and can take me up to 3 hours to put him back in his cot.

Has anyone else had anything similar? I thought it was teething but it’s going on for so long. Everyone says it’s a phase but 2 months is a long time and no sign of it getting better!
He used to be such a good sleeper, he self settles for his naps now and sometimes can do this for bed but once he wakes he needs lots of cuddles! Which obviously I love but I do need to sleep 🤣

It's normal and will pass.

How many naps is he having and for how long?
Time is bed time?

He has 3 naps, always been a catnapper! 30mins usually, occasionally has longer but dead on 30 mins he is usually wide awake and never been able to get him to sleep longer.

He’s got too used to the bottle through the night. How many does he have at night?
