I hope someone could shed some light on my situation 😩😩
My daughter is 10 months old has been on solids since 6 months she has become more active since crawling and you would think she would wear herself out but she is a terrible sleeper waking alot durthe night and also still on night feeds sometimes 2 feeds sometime more.
I'm absolutely exhausted my other 2 were text book babies dropped night feeds at 6 months and slept through the night. Someone mentioned her night feeds could be a habit but when she wakes she screams the house down until she gets milk and she finishes the bottle. At the moment she is only on 2 naps a day but by the time bedtime comes she is overtired I'm thinking this could be one of the reasons she is restless during the night? And possibly up her naps to 3 instead of 2 her bedtime is about 7.30pm routine with her hasn't been easy as I have 2 other little. Ones. I Dont mind feeding her if she is hungry but she really shouldn't be as she is getting enough through the day please someone anyone with a little advice I would really appreciate it.

How long are her daytime naps and what time are they?

I suspect you do need to night wean and totally seperate feeding and sleeping. Does she go to sleep and bedtime and nap time after a bottle? This could be creating the association. Do you have a way if getting her to go to sleep which doesn't involve feeding and having a full tummy?

At the moment she has 2 nap one in the morning about 9am then one about 2pm maybe the gap between naps are to long.
She has a bottle in the morning another one about 2-3pm and one at bed time she doesn't feed and nap.

How long are her naps for?

Do you have a way to resettle her to lengthen her naps?

If you absolutely cannot lengthen her naps and they are both less than 90 minutes on length, then you may need to add in a third nap (So reduce awake windows) as a way to avoid being over tired. But this isn't ideal by 10 months, better instead to learn how to extend the naps.

Also, if she's having 3 daytime bottles plus 2 night time bottles, in order to night wean you need to fit in 2 extra bottles during the day (So 5 bottles during waking hours). This means you can then confidently stop all milk at night.
