Hi, I’m looking for advice on how to improve my 5 month old night time sleep. He naps ok in the pram or sling and has 3 day time naps. He goes to bed at 8 but has been waking up every at least
2 hours (sometimes 1.5 hours). This started when he was around 3.5 months. He’s breastfed and I feed him to sleep. I know this is probably not the best thing to do but I’m so tired and it’s the quickest way to get him back to sleep. Please does anyone have any advice on how I can improve his sleep because I’m barely functioning. Thanks
