10 month sleep regression

Ok so LO actually turned 11 months yesterday but ever since around 10 months everything has gone down hill. Changing the nappy and getting him changed are things that I am literally so filled with dread for, I'm almost getting anxiety issues around it. His sleep has massively deteriorated - last night he was up 9 times. Day time naps are a gamble. He's an amazing loving wonderful baby, but by god this past month has been DIFFICULT. I'm not sure why I'm posting this, maybe to offload or get some reassurance. Could this be a sleep regression? Will o ever be able to change a nappy or get him dressed again?

This is my second baby so I should be able to answer my own questions!

Been up well over an hour and got to be up for work in two :(

My daughter is 8 months and going through similar. Waking up a million times a night for no reason other than to cuddle. She was sleeping through 12 hours a night and now she has two feeds and countless cuddles. I spent a long time sleep training her and she can fall asleep independently however all that hard work has now come on done. So far its been going on a month and im struggling to see an end in sight.

I feel your pain, our little one is the same, you put him back down and he instantly wakes again. It can take over an hour to get him back down. Husband and I are both exhausted.

He's never been a great sleeper but usually after milk he would go straight back to sleep no fuss.
Both of us are working and also have a 3 year old. Praying this doesn't last too long. X
