Ferber method

I want to sleep train my daughter using ferber method, my question is how do I deal with her when she wakes at night on the first few nights of training. She is still not trained, so do I also let her cry when she wakes or do I pick her up

You stay on the day you are on in the plan and restart.

So day one, three minutes, then X, then y, then y. Once asleep restart at three, then X, then y.

Day two same.

Only restart once they have been asleep and work back up to the max for that day.
