My daughter is almost 7months.
She has been in her own cot from just before 6months. She goes down absolutely fine and is normally in her cot for 7pm. She sleeps soundly every night for 5hours then it hits midnight and she just won’t go back to sleep unless I co sleep.
She doesn’t really scream or cry she just gurns in her cot if I don’t lift her. Iv tried leaving her but eventually she starts crying and just will not settle back down. She can be wide awake and if I lift her by the time I get back to my room she’s asleep again, if I lie her in my bed that will be her until about 6am but if I put her in her cot she will wake straight back up and it’s constantly going in and out all night.
Any tips please?!
