19 month old - 3hr wake ups??

Help. My son has just started waking up every three hours, albeit it may only be for 10mins until 5:30am when he is up and ready.
Any tips on getting him to sleep later and should I leave him when he wakes at 13:30 15:30? I always think he will then cry lots and wake himself up even more whereas now I go into him and he does go off but what’s that teaching?! Also I am knackered for work. Any help greatly appreciated

We've just come out the other side of this lovely phase. It's killer. We sleep trained quite early on so just reverted back to that so she got the message it wasn't play time in the middle of the night. We use the super nanny version www.jofrost.com/controlled-timed-crying-technique-ctct/

We also don't get our daughter up if it's anything before 6.30. She'll usually fall back to sleep so you could either leave or do a bit of sleep training if that sits comfortably with you.
