12 month sleep regression

My second daughter has always been a reasonably good sleeper. She is/was EBF and would only wake 2 or 3 times a night even as a newborn (lucky!).

She started sleeping through at about 10 months after a few nights of my husband going into rock her rather than me feeding her.

She turned 1 a few weeks ago and since then her sleep has gone through the floor. She has been waking 4 times a night and will scream and flail around if I don't feed her. I've had texts from the neighbours saying she is too loud when I tried just rocking her or putting her down for a while to see if she would go back to sleep without milk. Its honestly worse than when she was a newborn.

Is this the 12 month sleep regression and does anyone have any tips on how to get out of it or how long it goes on for? At the moment I'm feeding her in every wake up but I feel like that's probably just contributing to bad habits.

Is she standing up on the cot?

The motor skill development when they learn to pull up to standing often causes problems with night sleep at this age.
