Riddle me this - 16mo nap length

My 16mo has been an excellent sleeper and usually does on average 13.5 hours in a 24 hour period - 1-1 hour 40 min nap and 11.5-12.5 hours at night. She usually wakes 6:45-7am, naps 11:45am and up no later than 1:30pm and asleep by 6:45-7pm.

The past few days she has started to wake at 6am which I know is not terrible but by the time nap time comes she is exhausted. Do you think I need to change her nap time? Let her sleep longer at nap time? Her last molar is coming through so I wonder if it's something to do with that and then she's also just entered leap 10....should I just persevere with the routine that has worked for her since 12mo? Any advice would be welcome!

Are you waking her up from her nap?

My littlest is a similar age and goes through periods of waking up at 6ish and then back to me having to wake her up at 7. I think with mine it was partly hunger as I now give her a bowl of porridge before bed and she is sleeping through til 7 more consistently.
Mine is still on two naps a day.

Yes if she is not awake by 1:35pm I wake her up from her nap because if I let her sleep later sometimes she will take an hour or more to go to sleep! She sleeps right through the night so can't complain there it's just the early wake ups that are throwing me. Maybe it is just a phase or down to teething - today she refused to eat anything at breakfast even after teething gel and calpol and would only have a flapjack and an Ella's pouch for lunch...
