I have a 9 month old that has never been a great sleeper. We sleep trained him at 6 months as I was having to hold him most of the night and sleep did improve. However, he still isn't great.
He now wakes at least once a night for a feed (which we are beginning to try phasing out) but multiple times in the night he just moans. Sometimes he goes back to sleep and other times he'll wake up crying. Sometimes he will moan on and off for over an hour. I have no idea if there is something wrong but he does seem unsettled when he does it for a continuous period.
Anyone else had this?
