My 15 month old has started waking every 3 or so hours in the night and then awake for the day at 5.00/5.30am. He was previously a good sleeper from 10 months sleeping from 7.30pm-6am.
We have just moved house and are living temporarily in a one bed apartment.
I'm not sure if he's unsettled with the move: being in a travel cot, in bedroom with us, new sounds and light at night being too warm perhaps? Or wondering if he needs to drop to one nap in the day? Currently he is on two naps still.
Any advice or tips on sleep please! We are exhausted
