Wake times

Hi

FTM here, so sorry if daft question.

My DS will quite often wake early from nap/night time sleep, and just lie there quietly in the dark for 15 - 20 mins. ( We usually discover this when we play back the footage on the video monitor).

In those cases do I take his wake time from the actual time he woke up? Say 6.15am, or the time he was taken out of his bed? say 6.35?

As I am never sure and I keep getting his wake window wrong and then messing up his naps.

His wake up time is when he actually wakes up.

Many babies like to have some quiet time upon immediately waking, you do count this as awake though.
