Constantly stirring after night feed

DS is 14 weeks and wakes twice in the night to feed, which is absolutely fine. He goes back down fairly well afterwards, but after the second feed stirs and thrashes around every 30-40 minutes or so. He doesn’t cry or seem particularly upset, but he doesn’t settle back into a nice sleep either.
Is there anything I can do or is it a developmental thing that he’ll grow out of?

Try a hand on his chest (as you doze in bed), because that reassuring presence can help.

Also a swaddle or tightly tucked in sheet to calm flaying limbs.

Dummy may help settle into a deeper sleep too.
