When does your 10 month old nap

For anyone who has a 10 month old (or around that), what time of the day do they wake and then nap and for how long? Struggling with our nap routine for the last few weeks.

Hi. Mine naps at 10.45 ish and 3pm ish. Bedtime 8pm. Wake up 7.30am, with a lot of wake ups and crying in between. Something isn’t working with our schedule but I don’t know what and it’s driving me slowly mad

Sleeps 7-7, naps 2-4. Often likes a bit of quiet time in his cot from 10-11 if we are not out walking the dog, if we are out he will stay awake.

My baby is a little older now but at 10m she fairly reliably woke at about 7am, napped at 9:30ish for about an hour/an hour and a half, napped again at 3ish for about an hour and then bed at 7pm ish. She woke up many times throughout the night and still does but her napping was fairly consistent. We would sometimes have to resettle her at about the 45 minute mark if she was having an unsettled day/teething.

My first was napping twice a day. I remember the second nap was from 1- 4. Terrible sleeper at night, obviously because of the second nap.

My second stopped daytime naps somewhere between the age of 10-11 months, as soon as they started walking. But was sleeping through from 6.30/7pm sometimes until 10am...bliss

I've 11.5 month old twins.
They wake about 7am. First nap from 10 to -10:30. Second nap from about 1:30-3:30. They sleep 8pm - 6/30 or 7am.

I recommend a site/app called LittleOnes, which is a great help with routines for all ages (I've no connection to the site). www.littleones.co

Almost 10month old has his first nap at 9am and a second one at 1pm. He has very short naps but sleeps well if he sleeps next to me. I co sleep with him. He sleep at 7pm until 6am. He however, wakes up few times in the night for a quick feed.

My boy is almost 2 now but his sleeping was like clock work. Woke at 7am then napped at 10am and 2pm. About 2 hours each nap. He started going through the night 7-7 at 11 months. I am under no illusion that my second child will probably not be as easy!

My DD is 9.5 months and usually wakes up around 6:30.. first nap is at 9:30 and she’ll sleep until 11 and second nap is at 2:30 and she usually sleeps until 4. First nap is hit or miss though, sometimes she’ll only sleep for 30-45 minutes so I bring her second nap forward. She goes to bed around 7 and is usually asleep within 10 minutes.

My 11 month old, rough schedule...

8am wake
10:30 nap for 1-1.5 hours
3:30 nap for 40 mins ish
8pm bed

She does wake over night, but we cosleep and I don't not the time

Thanks all, it's really helpful. With DS1 I followed the Little Ones routine so he had a short morning nap around 9/9.30 and a long lunchtime nap from about 12.30 to 2.30. This doesn't seem to be working for DS2 though as he's not tired enough for his morning nap but he can't make it to just a long lunchtime nap. He often ends up sleeping in the pushchair around 11 ish and even if it's a short nap, I've got no chance of getting him down at lunchtime. As DS1 still naps for an hour or so at lunchtime, I've been desperately trying to get DS2 down at the same time so I have an hour to myself but I think I might have to admit defeat on that and put him down for a later nap in the afternoon!

Does anyone have any success stories of their little ones napping for an hour/hour and a half in the morning and then again later in the afternoon, I guess from about 3-4, and still sleeping through the night?
