Hi everyone,

Please could you tell me your 6 month olds feed and sleep routine?

I've recently started weaning and trying to set a proper bedtime routine for my little one but she's waking so early every morning around 5am and waking lots during the night just because her dummy falls out (she has around 1-2 night feeds) I've been trying to get her to sleep between 6.30 and 7.30 but I'm not sure if I need to do a later bedtime now.
Please help! Thank you xx

She also will not nap for more than 30-40 mins in the daytime in her crib and I don't know why so she ends up being very overtired Sad

Hi, I can't really remember the details for that age (it's all a blur) but I did use this book as a guide. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Your-Sleepless-Baby-Rescue-Guide-ebook/dp/B00B5D0CU4/ref=mpssa116?dchild=1&keywords=baby+sleep+solution+rowena&qid=1613717851&sr=8-6

And I remember the author recommends weaning off a pacifier for the reason that they do wake up and can't self settle without it. So we did wean off it first.
