Baby is 14 weeks. We cosleep and all of her naps are in the sling/pram/my arms. Dummy totally rejected. She has never slept in her bedside cot - would just wake up screaming when I put her in, and I did what I could to survive in the early days!
She sleeps well at night - will do a 6 hour stretch from 7pm-1am, and until recently had one other feed at 5am which was great! However, I was sitting up in bed to feed her but now she’s bigger it’s easier to feed her lying down and I’ve basically become an all night buffet. In the last week she’s wanted to be latched on pretty much all night.
How can I stop this becoming a habit? My first daughter was a terrible sleeper from the 4 month sleep regression - she woke every 45 mins for about 3 months. I can’t cope with that again now I have 2 of them to look after!
Can anyone recommend gentle methods to try? I’d love to work to the goal of putting her down in her cosleeper cot to sleep by 6 months so we can have our evenings again, and have her sleep in there at night without needing to be latched on.
