Colic and cranial osteopath

Hi all,

My baby is 20 weeks old and still suffers from bad colic, I’ve averaged 4hrs of sleep a night since she was born! Exhausted is an understatement. The health visitor told me about how a cranial osteopath could help, just wondered if anyone has tried it and what their thoughts were? Thanks!

My friend had this for her second baby said it was absolutely marvellous. Baby massage is also brilliant although the classes are cancelled look at you tube tutorials, I have done it on babies, it is lovely for both of you.

I took my 7 month old to one yesterday as she is a terrible sleeper due to reflux, she also has a head turn preference and positional talipes. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical, it didn't really appear like she was doing very much. We didn't see any improvement over last night's sleep but she has been seemingly more settled today, however I'm not sure how long it is until you potentially see results. I have another appointment with her next week and if there's no improvement after that I think I'll call it a day, as it is quite pricey! Like you though, after 7months of next to no sleep I was willing to give anything a go!
