How long does your baby nap in the Sleepyhead for?

I get 30 minutes max and then a further hour and a half in my arms. But I've read countless reviews where people say the Sleepyhead is life changing. As I doing something wrong?

How old is the baby? They aren't meant to nap for long at newborn, little and often, same with feeds.

Sorry I forgot to say she is 15 weeks old. I pay attention to wake windows, sleepy cues, and use the huckleberry app. She follows a routine like clockwork, it's just she will only sleep in my arms for naps. Nighttime sleep she has slept extremely well in her SnuzPod but refuses it for naps

What about a sling for naps? Then you can be up and about?
