He is nearly 2.5. Today he has woken at 4.45. He will then be exhausted until naptime. Naptime is about 12.30 and if the is still asleep at 3 we wake him
Bed at 7.
Any ideas?!

Full tummy before bedtime. Less liquid late at night. Good luck

He has dinner at 5, usually finishes at 5.30, then some milk at about 6.15. He isnt potty trained yet.

He goes up for bath at 6.30

Some kids just wake up early! Youngest DC has always woken up before 5. They will be 5 this year. No signs of sleeping longer. Tried everything. Blackout blinds, gro clock, earlier bedtime, later bedtime, no liquid after 5PM etc etc
I just go to bed earlier and decided that I will get my own back when they are a teenager wanting to lie in bed! Grin

Mine was an early riser. And awake a lot at night.

She grew out of it.

Gro clock and a reward chart! Worked wonders for my 3 year old. She now sleeps 7pm-7pm.
