Siblings sharing a room

Sharing a room: Hi, my 2nd is only 6 weeks old (first is nearly 26 months) and we have no option other than them ultimately sharing a room and planning to move to a bigger house in a few years. Baby is currently co-sleeping / in next to me cot. My toddler sleeps well through the night but on waking gets bored and pulls clothes out of drawers etc. I worry about him putting things into baby’s cot if we moved baby into toddlers room at 6 months. We could just about squeeze a proper cot in our bedroom but with difficulty, is it better to do that / cosleep and at what age could baby and toddler share a room? Thanks

Put a cat net over the cot.

My baby is 3 months and DD will be 3 in May. I’ll move them in together probably when the baby is 10/11 months. DD1 was in with us til that age anyway and I’m hoping DD will be more sensible by then. I shared with my sister as a child and loved it.
