How to stop co sleeping?

DS is 3 months now and I want to stop co sleeping. Any tips on getting him into his next to me crib? He has reflux and is a bit of a Velcro baby! I have a wedge ready to go..!

Oh I forgot to add- is it best to wait until the 4 month sleep regression has been and gone. It was hell with my first but he didn’t co sleep.

I have no advice as I try daily with my 11 week old with not much luck. I’m hoping someone comes along with some magic tricks though 😊

I dont think I managed it until 5-6 months. When I did the transition I just put him in the next to me cot and then moved up to his bigger cot at the other side of my room and then finally into his own room prob around 8months.
