9 weeks and suddenly sleep patterns have changed

Hi

From 4 weeks my DD has been starting bath time at 6, bed at 7, sleeping till 10ish when I wake her for a feed, then sleeping till 3.30, then waking at 8. Really Lucky I know.

However for some reason this week it has changed. (It started the night of her 8 week jabs although I put this down to coincidence)Bath time is the same and the routine has not changed in the lead up to it and afterwards however she will not settle at 7 and although falls asleep while feeding the minute her body hits the cot mattress she wakes and starts thrashing around her cot, constantly crying until I pick her up. This has happened the last 3 nights. When I give up (after about the fifth attempt) and bring her downstairs she stops thrashing about and contentedly sits in her chair watching us. Eventually around 10 / 11 she goes to sleep.

What can I do to get her back to the previous pattern as I really need a few hours each night of adult time. Am I being selfish and unrealistic, should I be more patient?

Also as she will only sleep during the day if in the car or buggy I am concerned that she is not getting enough sleep.

I ahve read the other messages re controlled crying and how it is too soon to do this but are there any other methods I should try?

Thanks
