10 month old sleep

Hi all, I hope I can get some advice or just your own experiences with baby sleep!
My EBF 10 week old is still waking around 6 times a night, I'm absolutely knackered and feeling quite down so just hoping for an end in sight.
She generally goes down for the night at about 8pm (after about three hours of the witching hour), this is after I've fed or rocked her to sleep and held her for 25 minutes. The first sleep is normally around 2-4 hours before she'll wake again for a feed and will continue to wake nearly every 1 to 1.5 hours after that until she wakes for the day between 6 and 7. After each wake I feed her to sleep then have to hold her for another 25 minutes before putting her back down again. I can't work out if she's actually hungry or just waking up and then can't settle herself back to sleep again.
Is this normal for a baby of 10 weeks? Did anyone's baby do the same and grow out of it on their own? I'm just wondering if I'll have to stick this out until I can properly sleep train her.
My DH currently sleeps in the spare room and we swap beds around 5am and her bottle feeds her with expressed milk. I struggle to get back to quite often though so I'm so exhausted.

Could you try settling her with a dummy instead of a feed?

It's normal for babies to find sucking soothing

I’m not sure how much help I can be but I think it is quite normal as your baby is so young. My baby girl is 15 weeks and at 10 weeks I couldn’t get her down to sleep much before 11pm which was after a good couple of hours of crying/rocking etc etc although she did sleep through until about 4/5am and then go back down for a bit and was having 2 night feeds which she still is although goes to bed at 7pm now without much fuss so things do get easier, as for the amount of night wakings I’m no expert but as she’s so young maybe just go with her for now I don’t think it’s good to sleep train before 12 weeks and I want to do it now but I still feel 15 weeks may be a little young x

Normal!! My baby is still waking up every 1.5-2 hours at night and she’s nearly 8 months old! She sleeps easily at night with a quick feed though.
