My little bot is 10 days old and he is breast fed. He was a big baby at nearly 11 pounds. Last 2 nights he has slept just over 6 hour stretches. Obviously I'm thrilled but just want to make sure its OK. I know the midwifes would prob say wake him up but don't want to do this lol. My first baby was also a big baby and slept well. Hes back up to birth weight now so obv gaining weight fine. Do I just leave him to get his sleep.

If he's following how your first baby slept and your comfortable with that then I'd let him sleep, just check on him numerous times throughout this time (no doubt you do 😁) just to make sure he's ok.
Apparently letting really young baby's sleep for long periods increases the risk of SIDS 'apparently'

Mine was awake every 40 minutes to an hour at that age! I don't want to relive that anytime soon! Enjoy your dream child!!😍
