Currently in sleep hell with my almost 9 month old daughter! She's EBF. Recently moved her into a cot in her room and all hell has broken loose! She's been in a cot for 2 weeks now and she's up 5/6 times a night! Before she was up once. She will sometimes settle with a pat and shh other times I will feed her. She's also teething, her first 2 teeth are coming through and she's due more.
I'm so exhausted and have a 4 year old too who has always been a good sleeper.
Will it ever get better?

Quick answer.. Yes.

Way 1) bring her back into your room, even better your bed and things will improve very quickly.

Way 2) they all sleep eventually... No one ever has a 5 year old needing settling 5 times a night

Big hugs.. Got a 9Mo who has also just cut his feeth.. He has found it very difficult I cannot imagine how crazy it would all be having to go in and out pf another room all night

Xx
