Naptime

Hi all

So I've got twins that are nearly 16 months. They've only ever had one nap a day. After dinner between 11:30-12:30 they usually sleep till 2:30-3.00.

If they miss their nap they do fall asleep about 2ish and do regularly fall asleep in their dinner if they are super tired!

However my question is how old should they stop having this nap? At their ten month review they were hitting more 8/9 month milestones confidently rather than the 10-12 month ones. They were prem though so expected.

My son napped whenever, he seemed to have half an hour in the morning and afternoon whenever he pleased and it worked for us and just grew out of it. The reason the girls have an actual time is otherwise they are witches!!! They need a few hours not half an hour.

Thankyou in advance
