My 13 month old so our happily go to bed, help get into his gro bag, enjoyed our stories and hugs, would turn out the light (touch lamp), I'd put him in his cot he'd happily roll over and start to get ready to sleep. I began to leave the room whilst he was awake and he would go to sleep. The past four nights he's turned into this banshee. It's awful. He is hysterically crying until he is almost sick. I end up picking him up and he takes ages to calm down. I am holding him to sleep like he is a small baby. I'm tearing my hair out trying to figure how it went so wrong. His level of separation anxiety during the day of max too. He won't let me go anywhere without a full blown meltdown.
