Chaotic Naptimes

Hi all, My 8 month old is totally stressing me out and I'm starting to feel like a bit of a failure.
At around 5 months we started using wake windows as nap times ( nap every 2 hours) as getting her to nap at certain times a day just wasn't working for us. I could spend the best part of my day just trying to desperately get her to sleep for her to be awake in 30 mins and it starts all over again. After consulting my health visitor we started using wake windows and this worked for us almost straight away. Both baby and mum and dad very happy with new schedule and all seemed well.
However..7 months hit and teething was in full swing now have 2 bottom teeth through and others seem to be in the way given the drool and pulling at gums/ ears and our nap times have turned into a bit of a nightmare.
We started to use self soothing early on and she has mainly been very good at settling herself. Could put her down sleepy and she would drift offf. Now she rolls overs, kicks and just doesn't seem to want to settle.
Whenever we go into nursery when classic signs of tiredness appear she just cries and fights it to the point she is so wound up there is no point trying to get her to sleep so we just give up. This then makes her more tied and we go round in circles until she finally gives in due to sheer exhaustion. Obviously this isn't good for her and I feel awful I carnt settle her.
I should probably mention her bedtime is 6-6.30 and apart from the odd night she sleeps through to about 5.30 - 6. We know we have been extremely lucky on this. She used to wake then within hour want another sleep for hour for so bit this has now stopped too. Is this normal or is the sleep she's getting enough.
Currently we wake 5.30 - 6 then nap for about 1.5 hours about 12 then if stars align we sometimes get another hour nap at 3.30 - 4.
Please help.. any advise is greatly appreciated. 💕

I would try to get her first nap in sooner. That's a big gap...from 6.20 to 12 I mean.

I remember both of mine needed a nap before lunch..so about 10 or 10.30 for an hour. Then lunch, then another nap at about 3.

Thanks for replying. I'll keep trying. It just feels like a battle. Should I be worried that she doesn't need nap before then. It just stopped all of a sudden.

She does need a nap...she's just using up all her energy in the morning so she's all messed up with it by the afternoon.
