Strange sleep association

Evening my 23 month old has started to insist on holding her water bottle to sleep and asks for it every time she wakes to go back to sleep. It's a non spill one with a short spout, she doesn't always take a sip, she's not using it as a dummy, she's just cuddling it. She has a bear in with her as well which she wants too but she gets upset if I try and swap it out

What do I do? Leave it as she's not in any danger of hurting herself or making the bed wet and hope it's just a phase or suffer being awake longer (she's waking four times a night at the moment since she caught covid)

If it's not harmful in anyway just let her have it.
My youngest used to cuddle all sorts of weird and wonderful items like a wooden spoon, a toy car, a plastic doll (must have felt really cold). If it's not doing any harm and it comforts her I'd let her have it.
