Sleep trainer needed

Hi! Can anyone recommend a sleep trainer? My LB is almost a year old and is currently needing to be resettled in my arms almost every sleep cycle. In desperate need of some help so any recommendations are welcome! Thanks so much in advance!

I've been using the guides by Just Chill Baby Sleep (she posts loads of free advice on Instagram as well) and have found them invaluable. To be honest I think quite a few of the sleep consultants are very similar but my friends used her guides and had good results so I stuck with those. You can also pay for 1-1 consultations but so far I've found following her guides and a bit of persistence has worked.
