Has anyone used the Zed or any cot vibrating aid?

My 7 month old doesn’t self soothe (which I know is completely normal) but used to when he was in his gliding crib. He loves his cot but will only stay when he is put in their asleep, I’d love to start trying to get him to settle by himself.

I’ve looked at the Zed but wanted to get some first hand experience from other mums!

Why go for something that is going to need batteries etc and can go wrong/ not work.

Does he ever go in cot for a play etc? Then gradually encourage lying down/ stroke/ pat / sing etc?

I was looking at these too as my 5 month rarely will be put down but when we do will wake after one sleep cycle so would be great if this could work to help stay sleeping for any longer.

We used a Graco Contour travel cot which has a vibration pack. We found it worked really well for our first dc but does create a habit that still needs to be broken at some point and we ended up sleep training when she was older.
