To cut a long sleep story short DD has gone from a regular (since pretty much birth) bedtime of 10pm - waking at 10am ish to in the last two weeks 1am+ this means she's also staying in bed until 1pm. She's 13 months old and has also taken around 12/13 hours sleep a day. We are down to one nap. In the day she's happy in herself and rarely cries. Anyone else been in this boat or any suggestions? We moved house an couple of months back... she's on the cusp of walking and language is coming on leaps and bounds. She's BF to sleep and no we don't want to sleep train. Help
