How to stop rocking to sleep?

My 19 month old had always been rocked to sleep. At the moment she’s sleeping terribly (never been good) getting up 1/2/3 times sometimes in the night, resisting bedtime.
I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant and my back is not coping with rocking her to sleep/ husbands doing the most part.
She’s NEVER been a self settler. Any tips on changing the routine so that we don’t have to spend ours rocking a heavy child???
Her routine is - up between 5.30 and 6.30. Nap usually 11-1pm. Bed anywhere between 7-8pm x

I think you need the No Cry Sleep Solution for Toddlers and Preschoolers. It's sections on night waking and early rising should help you Smile

Our DC was younger but we started with cuddling him to sleep and then progressed to putting him down awake

I’d do sleep training, a few nights of hard graft if you go for a tougher method or a few weeks of a more gentle method
