My 13mo was starting to do 2x 45 min naps and would take over an hour to go to sleep for her 2nd nap and then the same at bedtime. I had read that this might mean she was ready to drop a nap and so I decided to start a 1 nap routine a couple of days ago. She is doing really well with the wake windows but she is only sleeping for 1.5 hours and I'm worried she is getting over tired and I've made a mistake. She sleeps through the night and does an average 11.5 hours which is brilliant. Does anyone have any advice to get her to nap for longer? I've tried getting her back to sleep and she will lie in her cot with her bunny but will still roll about (not upset). What should I do? It's stressing me out something rotten!!!
