Tips needed for 7 week old baby....

My baby girl is 7 weeks tomorrow, she’s doing ok. Some nights she has a truly awful one - as in just doesn’t sleep but for the most part for does 9.30-1.30ish and then 2-5ish and has just in the last couple of days been doing 5.30-8 as well and is then awake but I’m wondering is there anything I can do to get the first stretch of sleep a little longer? I’m trying so hard but I feel so sleep deprived because it takes me a while to go back to sleep and then she seems to be up again.
She is combination fed and I give a bottle before bedtime.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Tbh that sounds like bliss to me, you cannot expect better than that at this stage. Best thing you can do is sleep when she sleeps, day nap etc and remember doesn’t last forever Flowers

7 weeks is right in peak shitness, it’s really hard but things will get better soon. By 11-12 weeks you’ll be feeling better. For what it’s worth mine was up all the hours at that stage but suddenly slept thru from 11 weeks

It sounds like she sleeps really well for her age. Do you have a partner? Could he give the bottle before bed while you sleep so you get a bit longer.
