Can anyone help a tiered mummy in need😩 My little boy has just turned one and he cries at the same time every morning 3am then when I settle him he won't go back on his cot and has to sleep with me but then wakes at 5!! Can anyone suggest anything to help him sleep through?

I can remember my DS doing that for a while, it's a killer isn't it?

Can I ask what his naps are like and how's his food intake?

Is he warm enough at night too? Sometimes they wake at 3am as the temperature in the room can take a dip.

It's a proper killer!

He has 2 1 hour naps a day and 3 meals a day he loves his food! I didn't think about the cold actually! He hates the sleeping bags and always kicks his blanket off so it's a struggle!

Don't know what else to do haha
