Is there a development leap ?

My DD is nearly 28 months. On average she's down at 7.30am and sleeps to 7.30am...but stopped day nap at around 22 months. I have to do a quiet time / usually books or cbeebies for an hour...

That all sounded great but the last few weeks it's been refusing bed until 8.30pm then awake shouting at 6am - demanding to get up!!

I work part time and I'm exhausted. I have no evenings really and I know I should be grateful she sleeps through but bloody hell with no day nap it's a very long day.

Is this a development phase? I thought it might be teething?
I just don't know what to do
