We recently did CC with our 6 month old and he took to it really well. Only had 2 crying episodes the first night of less than 15mins and the next night he slept until 4.30 before crying.
It was going well until night 6 when he had his first 2 teeth come in and then the next few nights he was ill so we obviously gave up eith sleep training and held him when required.
Now he is better we've restarted sleep training and at the start of the night he sleeps well but after 11pm he cries out every 1-1.5 hours. He doesn't need anything from us as he cries for no more than 10 seconds then resettles himself. It seems strange that this has started after he was sleeping through til 4.30.
This gives me much more sleep than I was getting (he was waking every 45mins and then wouldn't settle except in my arms after 2am since 4months old) and I know its good progress, i'm just unsure why he is doing it.
Any ideas what's going on?
