Very exhausted first time mum here to 8 week old silent reflux and CMPA baby with a nice dose of colic added in between 6pm-11pm too. I feel totally lost and overwhelmed thinking about routines/ sleep habits and don’t know where to start, I just want to do the best for my little boy - please help!

At 8weeks with the medical situation you describe, just do what you need to get through. Firm routine can wait. Baby hasn't read the manuals.
Structure and routine can be created without having to adhere to a schedule. Little ones respond well to things happening in the same order, but they can't read the clock.

I’ve got an 8 month old and she’s my fourth - honestly, just go with what gives you as much sleep as possible! At around 4 months they start staying awake longer and you can look at sleep routines - for example last nap to end no later than 5pm so they go to bed at a reasonable time, shorter nap in the morning so they’re tired enough for a long lunchtime nap - while we’re in lockdown and there’s nothing to do anyway just go with the flow!!!
