Help, my normal great sleeping 3 year old DD has started waking around 10pm crying for me, shouting she wants to get out etc. I leave it a bit to see if she will settle then go in, give hugs, lay down and Stoke then the second I leave she bolts back up clinging on to me wanting me to stay in the room!!

Any good techniques?

It could be time for a light on. Being scared of the dark starts around this age.

As above. My just 4 year old has been sleeping with a slight for a year or so now, still doesn't like the dark monsters!
