Baby won't keep covers in bed

Any tips on how to help my baby accept the covers and pillow?

We currently put them in his bed every night and tuck him in, but once he has finished his bottle he will stand up and throw them out.

I'm worried as it's now coming into winter that he may get cold, we make sure the room is warm but I could just be over protective.

Any tips would be really appreciated Smile

OP I think using the word baby has confused the issue, since you didn't add his age. Most people would say toddler for that age. If he doesn't like a sleeping bag, then I would just assume he is warm enough. You can always put a cover over him once he's asleep. And forget about the pillow, he will be perfectly comfortable without it.

@LemonBreeland yeah I did realise that, it's just habit I tend to say baby all the time. I think I don't want him to be a toddler yet haha

DS still doesn't stay under the covers at 3y4mo and to be honest gets too hot with a sleeping bag. A sleepsuit is an option.

If they're cold they'll wake and let you know....

To be honest now, if he does wake up, it's go through, tuck him back up and say night night, sleep well, see you in the morning and blow a kiss again. I wake anyway even without having DS. No hardship really

It did take a long time to get to this point
