Crying while sleeping

Hi my daughter is 3 months old and she's started to cry out a little wimper when napping in the daytime and I don't know why could anyone shed some light on this please

Is she starting teething? My son always cries in sleep when teething.

Thank you my husband actually came back from work today and had a look and found 2 little tutty pegs coming through
