Best time for one nap a day?

13 month old. Is she wakes around 6.30am then she will go down for a half hour nap about 9.30am. then again a longer nap at 1.30 (1.5 hours)
She often doesn't wake until 7.15am and then refuses her morning nap. Should I wake her up in the morning to ensure she still has 2 naps?

If on only 1 nap - what is the ideal time for this to happen? Thanks

At 13 months I think ours was soemtimes doing one and sometimes doing two. He Carried on like that for a few months, so we just went with it! He used to have a properly chunky one nap though - about 3 hrs. At that age he was doing about 12:30-3.30 I think.
