Stubborn Baby

So my LO is NOT up for sleeping. She constantly is fighting the sleep and is very overtired as she keeps flailing her arms and fussing - Ive done everything and as soon as she falls asleep in my arms and I put her down. Eyes shoot open. I’m at my wits end man. She’s got to be so tired but she just won’t stay asleep! Any advice?

i got mine into a good routine through association .Everytime she was tired being fed a bottle i gave her a fluffy blanket.She would brush her fingers along it.Over time she associated the blanket with comfort and when i put her down to sleep with the blanket.She would stroke it to sleep.I also played this tune on my phone at the same time which helped .It will take time to establish a routine but keep strong you will get there .Just wait a bit longer when she falls asleep in your arms before trying
